Our beginner classes focus on technique and basics. More time is spent learning than applying.
Our advanced classes focus on technique and advanced positioning, footwork and moves. You will spend more time applying what you know in this classes. This class is set up for our members who have a good understanding of the techniques. You will do a lot of sparring and grappling.
